This is only a small victory for the right wing, who wanted an out and out overturn of Roe. Kennedy will only go so far, and no farther. President Clinton will overturn or amend the Law on January 20, 2009, so take comfort in that.

"I can't believe this sh*t is happening" How many more Republican slip ups do we need to prove that their agenda is wrong? Gun control, the War, misused leadership (*cough cough, Wolfowitz), global warming to name a few. And yes, Michael, 691 days and counting to make a right out of this very big wrong.
